Intelligent Office continues to serve our clients during these challenging times

While some of our offices are located in areas with a shelter-at-home mandate, Intelligent Office will remain open to provide essential services in support of businesses, including mail service and phone answering. Offices that are not under the mandate will continue to offer the full array of services with limited on-site staff to all clients.

For those operating under a shelter-at-home mandate, we continue to provide office space to clients whose services are categorized as essential. Should you choose to attend our suite, we recommend that social distancing and COVID-19 safety protocols be followed closely. On-demand offices and meeting rooms can be booked and cancelled by calling our main phone line as per usual, but use of meeting spaces is at your own risk until further notice. In all cases, mail pick-up is available during limited hours.

To ensure a safe environment for our valued clients, we are taking the proper precautions to clean and disinfect the office’s public spaces regularly. We recommend that you also bring sanitizing wipes/gel/spray to use as another precaution per the recommendations outlined by WHO/CDC.

For those using our phone answering service, phones will be continue to be answered during specific hours.

For those who do not currently subscribe to our phone answering service, please note that we are helping many businesses like yours fill this need with professionalism and efficiency. If we can help with your phone answering needs, we are here to help.

At Intelligent Office, the safety and well-being of our clients and staff is our priority, as is our responsibility to our communities, especially during this critical time. We are monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely and have implemented several precautionary measures.

We are updating our core internal systems and optimizing our in-office staff, allowing certain staff the potential to work full-time from home. This will minimize exposure for our staff and for valued clients, while still allowing complete access to dedicated client office spaces.

We are following guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), along with the World Health Organization (WHO) and local health departments as we navigate this situation. With this, we are implementing additional sanitation measures at our offices as well.

We are asking all our Intelligent Office staff, clients and franchise owners to notify us immediately if they become aware of any individual in the building who may have been exposed to, or is confirmed positive for, coronavirus. This will help to protect the safety of our broader communities and ensure appropriate actions are taken swiftly.

While your health and safety are our main concern, we understand that you also have a business to protect and customers to serve.  We are here and willing to help you to navigate through these troubled times.  Give our team a call.  We may be able to help you with phone answering, administrative services or simply a day-office when working from home doesn’t work.   We thank you for being our client and for your trust during this fluid situation.
