Ada Maxwell of Maxx Administrative Solutions recently joined the Intelligent Office community after finding us through the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce. We are glad to have her, not only as a client, but because she is able to offer services that benefit our other clients. We especially love working with clients whose services complement ours.  Maxx Administrative Solutions is a business concierge service, much like a Hotel Concierge – where even last-minute or small but significant needs are addressed.

Maxx Administrative Solutions assists businesses with temporary staffing needs and can send an employee to a business’s physical office for as little as a half-day. Their team offers multi-tiered on-site or virtual administrative support and can manage all types of administrative tasks, such as letter writing, bulletin management and event planning. They will also attend meetings on behalf of their clients and provide a written recapitulation. They also provide specialized services for churches and are familiar with church management software packages like Elexio and PowerChurch Plus. You can read more about their services at MaxxAdmin.com.

“The Intelligent Office provides me with a downtown Raleigh location with great amenities such as a state-of-the art conference room and a well-equipped office, not to mention the expert assistance of their on-site staff.  For customers reaching my business number, the well-informed and professionally modulated voice of The Intelligent Office is a most critical connection.  The statistical data they provide enables me make informed decisions and modifications about such communication tools as my Google Business Page and other social media platforms.  They are the assisted voice of my business and a valued part of my connection to my current and future clients and businesses. When you call my number, you’re going to talk with The Intelligent Office. No matter where I am, I never miss a call. They are professional, knowledgeable, experienced and helpful.”
