On June 15th, our Rockville team returned to the office on a rotating schedule to ensure smooth operations of the suite, to manage daily tasks and assist with administrative needs (copies, witnessing, notary, etc). Many daily routines have resumed such as mail sorting, distribution and notifications as well as access to workspace (in different configurations); however some routines and guidelines have changed to ensure the safety of all of our members, staff and guests.
We’ve taken many measures to fully equip our suite and put new IO protocols in place.

We continue to provide private office space to members and non-members who need a private, productive and quiet office. Should you choose to visit the suite, we recommend that social distancing and COVID-19 safety protocols be followed closely. On-demand offices and meeting rooms can be booked and cancelled by calling our main phone line as per usual, but use of meeting spaces is at your own risk until further notice. In all cases, mail pick-up is available with a 24/7 access card.
To ensure a safe environment for our valued members, the building's janitorial staff is taking the proper precautions to clean and disinfect the suite's public spaces regularly. We recommend that you also bring sanitizing wipes/gel/spray to use as another precaution per the recommendations outlined by WHO/CDC.
