Day office and conference room rental rates listed below are member rates:

$18 per hour 

Lake Nokomis or Harriet Conference Rooms (4-6 guests)
$35 per hour OR $210 per day

Lake Minnetonka Conference Room (up to 8 guests)
$45 per hour OR $270 per day

Lake Waconia Conference Room (up to 12 guests)
$50 per hour OR $300 per day

Lake Mille Lacs Training Room (up to 24 guests)
$65 per hour OR $390 per day

Lake Superior Training Room (up to 98 guests)
$80 per hour OR $480 per day

* Non-Members add $10/hr.
* 24-hr cancellation policy applies.
* For non-business hours access (before 8:30am and after 5pm), a membership is required. Please call Intelligent Office Bloomington at 952.252.8600 for details.
* Meeting and conference rooms can accommodate more seats along the wall. Please schedule a tour with us to see if our rooms fit your needs.
* Conference and Training rooms available with projector or HDTV equipped with HDMI cord for all your presentation needs.
