I am Tonya Seitzman, and I founded Happy Client Cleaning Service in 2001 with my husband, Marc.We started as owner/operators, then grew into hiring cleaning technicians.We have developed a strong company that has consistently grown every year we have been in business. As company owners, we are on the job quite a lot, cleaning and helping employees with what they need to do a good job.We spend time networking to bring in new business, keep up with “office” tasks, quote new jobs, talk to customers, get information to cleaning techs, confirm jobs, do payroll, and much more.The more I network and the more word of mouth referrals come in, the more the phone rings and rings.I struggled to keep the phone answered as I was doing all of those tasks.We lost many potential new business calls as many people won’t leave a message if no one answers.
