Meet Caitlin, Intelligent Assistant

Originally from the Kitchener-Waterloo area, after graduating from Wilfrid Laurier University, Caitlin moved to London, England where she was able to pursue her passion for travelling. After two years of exciting experiences and exploration abroad, Caitlin returned to Waterloo and joined the Waterloo Intelligent Office Team! When Caitlin is not busy assisting clients, she enjoys sharing her upbeat, cheeky personality around the office. In her spare time she enjoys attending concerts, exploring local trails with her dog Olly, and curling up with a hot cup of coffee and a good book!

Meet Danita, Intelligent Assistant

As a local resident of the Kitchener-Waterloo area all throughout her life, Danita has taken a keen interest in observing the growth and modern development of the city. In 2011, Danita graduated from the University of Waterloo with a degree in Fine Arts. It should come as no surprise then, that in her spare time, Danita thoroughly enjoys painting and drawing portraits. On the weekends she can often be found enjoying leisurely road trips as she continues to explore the greater KW area! When it comes to her work at Intelligent Office Waterloo, she has a passion for creating positive first impressions for all of our guests. It is her goal to make everyone that walks into our centre feel welcome!

Meet Erica, Intelligent Assistant

Erica is the ultimate people person. She loves working with people and supporting their unique business needs; a skill that is essential here at Intelligent Office! Having worked in the Recreation & Leisure Services Industry, Erica always enjoyed event coordination. Her favourite things to do include travelling, hiking, exercising, and spending time with animals. On long weekends and holidays, Erica can be found cooking and entertaining for family and friends.

Meet Aimee, Business Centre Manager

Originally from London Ontario, Aimee graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and later earned her CMA and Certified Professional Accountant designation. After spending over 12 years in real estate lending and land development, Aimee changed career paths to pursue small business ownership actively operating the Waterloo Intelligent Office location. With an eye for detail and a passion for helping others succeed, Aimee thoroughly enjoys the interaction with clients and knowing her business is a part of helping their business grow to new levels. Aimee is responsible for all aspects of the daily operations of the centre and can be found there on a daily basis. In her spare time, Aimee enjoys working out at the gym, spending time with her three young children, travelling and if time permits, a quiet book with coffee in hand.

Meet Paul, Business Development Manager

Paul Leveck is a multifaceted, forward thinking entrepreneur with a breadth of hands-on experience in all aspects of business development and operations. With over 15 years of senior experience in the real estate industry as well as a variety of other business interests, his ability to fluently communicate in the languages of finance, sales, marketing, technology, accounting, design, HR, and most importantly strategic direction allow him to easily communicate with clients at all levels, understand their needs, and offer relevant and cost effective solutions that will enable them to further develop their business. Paul was educated at Wilfrid Laurier University and holds a degree in Economics and Finance. In his spare time, Paul enjoys playing hockey, spending time with his three young children, and building new creations in his workshop and around home.
