The Top of Troy building is the tallest structure in Troy and can be seen from other buildings throughout the entire Metro Detroit/Tri-state area. We are easily accessible from most area highways, including right off the I-75 exit/entrance ramp at Big Beaver. When traveling pretty much anywhere, it is undeniable the magnificence of this building, as you will be drawn not only to the monument, but also the beautiful cascading glass façade facing North and huge silver PNC lettering that is displayed prominently on the top. Our suite is on the 20th floor and we just may have the best views from our encased, floor to ceiling windows, in the entire state!
Each office room features high ceilings and incredible views from the 20th floor. One side faces South and you can easily see Detroit and Southfield. The other side of the Suite faces Northeast and showcases more city-views and the I-75 interchange (mesmerizing to say the least!). Either facade gives you an impressive view right from your desk.
