We’re near the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and a quick block away from the new location of the National Science Foundation. Other prominent landmarks within a few blocks include the Albert V. Bryan Federal Courthouse, the Hoffman Center, and the Westin Hotel. We are within walking distance of the King Street and Eisenhower metro stations and just off route 495, the D.C. Beltway. Additionally, we’re three metro stops away from Reagan National Airport. From King Street, you can grab the free trolley into the heart of historic Old Town Alexandria with its cobbled streets and many local shops and great restaurants.
Indoor parking is available, plus an easy and free surface parking lot for visitors. For a different environment, hop in your car, cross the Wilson Bridge, and enjoy a night at National Harbor, home of the Gaylord Hotel and Convention Center, the brand-new MGM Casino, the 180-foot high Capital Wheel, and many restaurants and retail shops.
The building newly constructed, built in the warm red-brick feel of the Carlyle neighborhood, tying the historical charm of Old Town with the modern amenities of new construction (like an attractive marble lobby). The office is on street level and has floor-to-ceiling windows. We have 13 offices, 8 of those being single occupancy and 5 being large enough to house a small team. One large conference room that splits into two small meeting rooms, and a second conference room for small group meetings are also available for on-demand use when you need them. We offer high-speed Internet throughout the suite, and our kitchen area offers free coffee, tea, and filtered water for guests, and kitchen equipment available for tenants. We have a well-equipped and spacious fitness room available to clients, and the bathrooms include a locker and shower area.
