Manager Leslie Keenan has been able to take her character (warm, generous, meticulous), and inject it into the culture and atmosphere of IO. I often see staff members being coached in their greetings and reception of clients, and in care of the facilities in such things as re-cleaning and prepping white boards in conference rooms before meetings. No detail is overlooked. In my years working in New York and Miami, I noticed that certain places where I worked seemed to bring the best out of me. It was something about the atmosphere, and the people I was surrounded by and their attitudes, that drove me and inspired me to do my best work. I think that, as small business owners we often don’t think hard about the variables that really matter in our work space. Is it the square footage? Is it the view? Or is it something else? IO Rockville is the only place I’ve found in Maryland that had that effect on me. I gladly would have worked there for the next 20 years, and it is with great sadness that I leave. The last thing I want to say is not really about IO directly, but I cannot leave a review of IO without mentioning the amazing maintenance & cleaning staff of 1 Research Court. Every bathroom on every floor is spotless. I have never seen public/shared bathrooms so clean and they maintain them everyday.

Office is always super clean and organized, always fully staffed and available, and the IO team has extreme customer service skills. Since first opening, I have received, and continue to receive, numerous compliments from potential and current clients regarding my professional yet friendly receptionists. Their warm professionalism is an integral part of my business persona. A recent potential client told me that, after calling several attorneys, he put me at the top of the list because of my nice, friendly receptionist. My clients never feel like they're calling into an impersonal answering service (and trust me, you know when you're calling an answering service...). I was juggling multiple tasks/cases, each one at a critical point in each clients' case. From spot-on document printing/delivery of documents I needed in my deposition to ultimate success in the infamous Stapler War, everything that I needed got done on time and, from the perspective of the meeting attendees and my clients, seamlessly. One of the attorneys (who had not been there before) was openly impressed with the office, including the level of support and the availability of "overflow" space when we had to break out separately. Everything was handled professionally, at every turn, with a helpful and supportive approach. I know that when people turned their attention to my immediate requests, others had to pick up the slack with respect to other IO client needs, so it truly was a full-office effort.

Intelligent Office in Rockville saved me when I had no place to do my work. I needed a short-term office rental when I was having construction at my house. The office environment is very professional, and the amenities make it so comfortable. It is a safe, calm, quiet, and professional place to work. It was also nice to feel a part of a community of professionals. Something I did not even realize I was missing by working from my home office for so many years. Leslie (owner) and her staff are simply the best. No detail is too small. I immediately felt at home as everyone is so friendly and supportive. What was supposed to be a 1 month stay turned into 4 months and Leslie worked to accommodate my needs without hesitation. I am eternally grateful. It gives me great peace in knowing that Intelligent Office Rockville is there for me when I need an office to work when I cannot work at home.
