Intelligent Office of Lincolnshire is located North of Chicago in the City Park Corporate Center near the intersection of Milwaukee Avenue and Aptakisic Road in Lincolnshire. Our facility is south of IL Route 22, and north of Deerfield Parkway, approximately a 20-minute drive from Chicago O’Hare Airport. We are just south of the Marriott Lincolnshire.

We are also conveniently located in a commercial center, giving you and your clients access to many popular restaurants, hotels, and shops.

Our Facility

Our Class A building was constructed in 2000 and has 18 fully furnished executive suites and three state-of-the-art conference rooms. We also offer 24-hour access, free parking, and free Internet access for all of our clients.

We are located on the ground floor of the City Park Corporate Center, an 70,000 square foot 3-story class A building ideally located in an area of dense commercial and residential growth. The building offers 14-foot ceilings, operable windows, balconies, an attached covered garage and on-site management and ownership. The building recently underwent extensive renovations of the lobby, washrooms and common hallways. The City Park Corporate Center is part of a larger multi-use entertainment development which offers speciality dining, shopping and entertainment.
