MIAMI—The story in Miami these days is foreign dollars. Whether that’s coming from developers investing in Miami or tenants filling up office space, international money is flooding into the Magic City.
It seems Miami executive office suites and virtual office space provider Intelligent Office Miami is seeing its fair share of the foreign investment. Indeed, international companies looking to establish a U.S. presence out of Miami, as well as U.S.-based companies that want to enhance their businesses’ identities, are taking up residence in Intelligent Office Miami.
A telecommunications company from Turkey, an import-export company from Hong Kong, a cloud-hosting company from the United Kingdom and an import-export medical equipment company from Venezuela are among the latest foreign tenants to rent space at Intelligent Office Miami.
