After a narrowing our search to 4 locations, we chose your space in north Arlington. The office space and the staff has exceeded my expectations (which can be rather demanding). My office and the common areas are always kept very clean and orderly - exactly as any top notch corporate facility is maintained. You have also succeeded in achieving a more difficult standard; assembling and retaining an administrative staff that is unfailingly professional and pleasant to work with. Angie, Khadijah, and Saiin function as a well organized team that mutually supports one another (four months is sufficient time to attest to this). Your front desk performs more like a concierge desk / executive assistant team at an upscale business hotel, than a corporate shared services facility. When I began my search for new office space I considered three options, including Regus and Intelligent Office. I met the staff at all three, took a tour and discussed leasing options. While Regus had a name I had heard of, I found their offices to be of a lesser quality than I was looking for. Their rents were high and their monthly add-on fees numerous. While I was anxious to move, I was also anxious to make the right move. I met Amanda Koenig at an Arlington Chamber event. I liked what she had to say about Intelligent Office space. She clearly told me about the level of support I would receive, the professionalism of the staff and the quality of the space and its amenities. She also told me about all that was included in my rent (including garage parking!). With all that IO had to offer it was a very easy decision to make. Pramod: Good evening! I wanted to send a quick note to let you know how impressed I was with Amanda and the staff during my visit yesterday. I really appreciated that Amanda took the time to learn about my company and discuss options that would best suit my needs and how Intelligent Office services could grow as my company would expand. I have talked to several companies in the area but this is the first one to offer the range of services that you offer as well as an option for after hours and weekends. Not all businesses can fit into the 9-5 model. Also, the meeting with Amanda was the first one offered. The other companies were much more concerned about making a sale over the phone. However, for small businesses starting up, we are not looking for a quick solution, we are looking for a solution that best fits are needs and gives us the opportunity to grow at a cost that is affordable. Also, both of the receptionists were very helpful. I am not sure how to spell the young ladies name who helped me with directions but I can tell you, it was not an easy task. She was very patient and talked me to the office over a half our of calls from me. While I have not made a final choice yet, I thought it was important for you to know the professionalism of the staff was greatly appreciated and will definitely be a factor in my decision making. Amanda, Thank you for the tour. To me, life is a learning process and as a result I am learning something new every day. With that, what I learned today was no exception and most valuable for the future of my business. It’s just doesn’t make sense to rent an empty office at a much higher cost in a building that has no class. This is definitely the way to go and the next step for my business. As of today, I have officially halted the search for office space and cancelled all appointments associated with it, including site visits. I am now focused on restructuring how I conduct business. Hello Pramod, Now that it has been 2 months and I am (finally) settled into my IO space, I just thought I'd update you on how pleased I am with our arrangement. Many could not envision how a physical therapy practice could operate in a shared office space. Our experience since moving into the Arlington IO office has been incredible. Amanda did a great job with my initial introduction to the executive office concept - a concept I was previously unfamiliar with. I have found in business that individuals often "over promise" and "under deliver". It was a nice change to have Amanda assure me that certain needs could be met, then actually deliver on those promises. The most notable improvement for my business has been the initial point of contact with potential patients. In previous years, I was hesitant to have others be the first contact for fear of losing clients. Since the start of my business 8 years ago, I have answered phone calls, utilized voicemail extensively, and scheduled my own appointments (between patient care). Well, I am modest enough to admit that the Arlington IO staff is doing a much better job than I was able to do on my own. It has been a pleasure and very reassuring to receive such positive feedback from my patients - many of which I have worked with for several years. The compliment that I receive most often has to do with the professional, courteous manner in which (my) front desk delivers customer service. Debbie, Angie, Saiin, and Elizabeth have repeatedly shown they are hard working and competent. My patient's now feel confident that when they call, the phone will be answered by a professional who can address their needs. The scheduling software with appointment confirmations/reminders is also a huge favorite. To back up the positive "vibe" that has been created by my move to the Arlington IO, my monthly reports are demonstrating business growth. No shows and cancellations are down, and my time has been freed up to dedicate to the work I love most - physical therapy treatment.
