EBM Corp is a full service website design and search engine optimization and marketing company in Dallas TX.

 Just like many companies in late 2008 we were looking for ways to reduce expenses and continue to serve our clients with the same quality of services that our clients have experienced from us over the years. I looked at our expenses and was trying to find creative ways to keep our image at a professional level of quality but also cut our expenses. Looking at our monthly lease, phone, fax, utilities and other expenses were close to about $2,800.00 per month and if we cut those expenses it would save us $33,600.00 per year, but then how would we do business.

 EBM Corp is a member of the Irving Chamber of Commerce and there I met Sue Utter –Office Manger at Intelligent office where she introduced me to their virtual office services from professionally answering phone calls, faxes, voice mail to email, hourly office and conference room leases and much more. Basically everything we needed to run our office and conduct business professionally.

 After looking at the services EBM Corp was going to receive from the Intelligent Office and the amount of money will be saved, it did not take me much time to decide to sign up for their services.

 In addition to the professional services EBM Corp receives from the Intelligent Office we have made many great business connections and successful deals through the continuous introduction to other businesses within the Intelligent Office tenants along with other businesses that Sue meets through her contacts at the Irving Chamber of Commerce and other networking groups she attends.

 EBM received many compliments from our clients on the way Melissa and Tania answers the calls and the way they conduct themselves while on the phone with our clients.

 

February 1st will be EBM Corp’s one year anniversary with Intelligent Office and we are glad that we’ve made that decision. I continuously recommend the Intelligent Office services to my clients and through out my meetings.

Intelligent Office is a great asset to Glory House Catering.  It is wonderful to have the professional services offered.  I do not like calling a business and having an answering machine answer the phone or my call going directly into voice mail.  It is very important to have the human contact as the first impression to customers.  This service also allows me much more freedom since the calls are transferred to me where ever I am.  I don't miss important calls.  My communication with clients is very important.  If I am in a meeting, I want a client to know this and be assured that I will call back that same day. 

With the economic issued faced by small business today, all expenses must be carefully scrutinized.  Glory House has eliminated every expense deemed as not necessary or not justified.  We have not eliminated our service from Intelligent Office.  Dollar for dollar, the return in customer service, professionalism and convenience is much more valuable than the price we pay monthly.

Not only have we continued our service with Intelligent Office, but I refer I.O. to many other fellow business colleagues as well.
