We have recently installed the latest technology from VideoConference Solutions Inc. This portable system can be moved to any one of our conference rooms or boardrooms and it is now available for use by Intelligent Office members.

Intelligent Office - Hudson's Bay Centre Introduces Intelligent Gateway and Dynamic Extension
Intelligent Gateway (IG) is the Business-Class phone service that exemplifies the concept of “follow you anywhere” technology by giving you the freedom to extend your office to wherever you are. It is a service that eliminates your need to purchase phones, a phone system, and phone lines. We will provide you with state of the art Mitel 5320 handsets that you simply plug into your high-speed internet and you’re good to go. You will have 4 digit peer-to-peer calling (like an extension), your outbound calls will display your business name and toll-free number, and 100 minutes of free long distance per handset is included (9.9 cents / min thereafter) per month (unused minutes do not rollover to the following month). You can plug these phones into any high speed internet connection anywhere in the world and the phone will find our system and your extension is instantly connected.

Dynamic Extension is the multiple ring option. For example when an Intelligent Assistant calls you we can ring up to 3 phones at a time on your end (ie cell, home, cottage, etc.).
The other main feature to Dynamic Extension is passing off a cell call to the Mitel Handset. For example if you are going into your home and are on a call you can pass the call from your cell to Mitel Phone at a push of a button. Calls can be seamlessly transferred between any of the 3 phones in your personal call group (your contact phone numbers).
