….I cannot rave enough about Karen and the staff at IO in Tampa! I am an attorney and in 2004, my former law partner & I decided to dissolve our practice. I sold him my interest in the building we had purchased together in mid-2005 and was looking for new office space in Tampa and new staffing solutions. At the time, I was sharing an office with someone in Lutz (north of Tampa), and also had an office in Sun City (south of Tampa). My plan was to maintain 3 offices (one in Lutz, Sun City & Tampa). When I came across IO in Tampa (and once I met Karen & the staff), I knew I had the solution & signed up immediately. I decided to have my phone lines go thru IO as a centralized way of dealing with my calls. I was, and am, very happy with the way that the staff answers my phones - they project a very polite and professional image, which is something I often had problems with when I employed my own staff to handle my calls.
Eventually, over the past year or so, I decided to gear my practice down a bit and closed my Lutz & Sun City offices and decide to use IO in Tampa as my main location. I know see clients in Tampa, or I go to their business or homes, when applicable. Using IO has allowed me maximum flexibility and economy, while continuing to project a professional image. IO has been a God-send & I can recommend them to anyone and everyone, without a single hesitation.
